New Patient Payment Processing

We require $100 to be paid before your first appointment.  This amount will be applied toward the total cost of your initial visit.  If your first exam is less than $100, the difference will be applied toward your next visit.

In order for us to schedule your first visit, please click on the "Pay Now" button below and complete the transaction. We will then call you back within 30 minutes (during business hours) to schedule your appointment.

· Each visit must be paid for at time of service or in advance.

· Co-pays are due at time of service.
